Yes! We welcome anyone and will gladly support you in your journey. We offer a casual rate that will allow you to enjoy Nexus’ saunas and plunges for a single session without a membership.
Always! Our essential membership allows for you to access all our community events without additional charge but in case you are not yet a member, we will provide details on attending prior to each event!
Our saunas and plunges require swimwear to be worn, and we reccomend bringing comfortable loungewear as a change of clothes for after your session and a shower. Clean towels are provided.
We allow a 10 minute grace period to try and accommodate as best as we can, but at the 10 minute mark, we unfortunately will have to give your spot to another guest without refund.
